Kwara APC congratulates Opoola on appointment.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara state has congratulated Mr Babatunde Opoola on his appointment as member of the board of Kwara State Printing and Publishing Corporation, KWPPC, publishers of The Herald newspapers.
The party in a statement on Wednesday described the appointment as a call to service while congratulating the former Acting News Editor of The Herald on Sunday on the appointment.
The party lauded Opoola for his consistent loyalty and support for the party as a member of the state media committee and party’s writer since 2018, for his sterling qualities that must have recommended him to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, thanking the governor for counting him worthy of the offer.
The APC prayed for success for its media linchpin in the new assignment while also promising him that the party would always appreciate his contributions.
